The poems depict a father who demonstrates his love for the people. One who is constantly
reminding them how much he cares for them. Nothing can change his mind of the love he has for them. His love is unwavering. The father is a provider and gives them guidance, hope, assurance, peace, warnings, protection and encouragement. He has gone above and beyond to show what love looks like. He’s counted the cost and paid the price. Now he’s showing them the best plan for their life. He urges the people to seek him first because his advice is the best.
His promises are sure. He has given people peace in time of war. They can never escape from His eyes because He’s listening to their heart. His love for them never ceases. The People were told to never settle for less when they can have the best. He has a supply that never runs dry. His word for them is to stand when all other fails because his word will do what’s never been heard.
He declares his name as Magnificent and Marvelous. He has revealed his great power and strength so the people won’t doubt. I’m the one they really need. His eyes see danger far ahead and he warns them. Nothing has caught him by surprise, even when people were off course. The father has promised he’ll pick them up from every fall. He’s seen the wicked in power, yet he keeps the people in perfect peace.
A loving father surely warns his people because he knows they have a race to run. His plans are clear to get them to the finish line. He said to them, choose him or lose, never stray, listen to what I say, have faith, don’t be greedy to gain, take my side, be kind, repent, be bold, stop the crimes, let go of the old, grab hold of my hand then you will cash in to win the great prize at the end.
Now the father is standing at the finish line waiting for the ones who finished the race. The Wedding Day is set. He’ll hold your hand and carry you away. He’s ready to give you your crown.
Love to Get Above/ A Poem
Never be confused about love,
It’ the only thing that’ll get you above.
If you plan on getting above,
You’ve got to learn how to show some love.
Don’t confuse money with love,
It will never get you above.
I was thinking about the people I love,
They don’t have to worry about getting above.
